Selling a house with a new 2.5-story building that is still in shell form so it can be designed by the buyer according to their wishes. The house location is very strategic and flood-free with a cluster/complex system with a total of 12 units and 2 are already occupied. Interested parties can negotiate directly with me as one of the owners/family heirs.
